HYDERABAD (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News) – The Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman) Naveed Kamran Baloch visited the Regional Office, Hyderabad, on Wednesday, where he held a detailed meeting with the Regional Head and officers to review its overall functioning.

The meeting, attended by Regional Head Ghulam Rasool Ahpan, Advisor Dr. Syed Rizwan Ahmed, Associate Advisor Dr. Badaruddin Shaikh, Deputy Director (Admn) Qazi Nazim Naeem, Assistant Registrar/Implementation Officer Munir Ahmed, and others, discussed:

  • Administrative matters: Various administrative issues and problems related to the registration and processing of complaints were thoroughly reviewed.
  • Implementation of decisions: Wafaqi Mohtasib emphasized the need for timely and effective action to ensure the relief granted to complainants is delivered without unnecessary delay.
  • Speedy and accessible relief: Naveed Kamran Baloch stressed that the primary objective of the Wafaqi Mohtasib institution was to provide speedy, accessible, and effective relief to the public. He also highlighted the importance of efficient complaint registration, expeditious case disposal, and close monitoring of implementation matters.

During the visit, the Regional Head and officers presented an overview of the Regional Office’s working and discussed administrative and operational challenges requiring immediate attention. Wafaqi Mohtasib provided guidance on the discussed issues, emphasizing improved coordination, efficiency, and responsiveness in the performance of official duties.
