What we know about Christa Pike’s condition after failed execution
Tennessee death row inmate Christa Pike is in hospital after surviving two lethal injection attempts. According to Pike's attorney, she is alive and "receiving life-saving medical care" in hospital.
Tennesseean Governor Bill Lee says a review into what happened has been ordered and executions in the state have been halted for the rest of the year.
The BBC's Ione Wells reports from outside the hospital where Pike is said to be.
