Wildlife Conservation A Top Priority: Gwadar Deputy Conservator
QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Sep, 2026) Deputy Conservator of Forests and Wildlife of Gwadar, Asadullah, has stated that wildlife conservation is a top priority for his department. He strictly warned against illegal hunting, emphasizing that no toleration would be shown to violators and strict legal action, including the registration of FIRs, would be taken.
According to him, operations have been conducted across various areas to curb the illegal hunting of quail, with departmental teams issuing stern warnings to hunters after acting on his directives. He highlighted the vital role of wildlife in maintaining natural environments and ecological balance, stressing efforts to prevent illegal hunting and enforce laws effectively.
Asadullah also appealed to citizens, especially parents, to discourage children from engaging in illegal hunting and to support the department's conservation efforts.
