Woman Killed, Seven Injured In Three Road Accidents In Chiniot

CHINIOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 1st Sep, 2026) A woman was killed while seven people, including women and children, sustained injuries in three separate road accidents in Chiniot district during the last 24 hours, with one youth reported to be in critical condition. Rescue 1122 teams promptly reached all three accident sites, provided first aid to the injured and shifted them to District Headquarters Hospital, while the body of the deceased woman was handed over to her heirs after completion of legal formalities.

According to Rescue 1122, the first accident occurred near the Chenab River Bridge on Sargodha Road when a
car
collided with a motorcycle, leaving 18-year-old Ali Abbas and 15-year-old Ahmed both residents of New
Lahore
, injured. The condition of Ali Abbas was stated to be critical.

The second accident took place near Mathrumah Stop on Jhang Road when two motorcycles collided, injuring five people, including a woman and a two-year-old girl.

The injured were identified as Maryam Bibi, Ansar, Aun Abbas, Rukhsana Bibi, Muhammad Arshad, Farhan and Alishbah. Rescue personnel provided first aid and shifted all the injured to DHQ Hospital.

The third fatal accident occurred near Rewa Mor on Faisalabad Road, where a 45-year-old woman riding a motorcycle lost control of the vehicle, fell onto the road and died on the spot. The deceased was identified as Rubina Bibi. Rescue 1122 completed the necessary procedures and handed over her body to the heirs.
