The Election Commission has disqualified Zartaj Gul, Sahibzada Hamid Raza and Abdul Latif from contesting any general, by-elections, Senate or local government elections. This follows their failure to submit details of their assets for the 2024-25 financial year.

According to the Election Commission, the three former National Assembly members will remain disqualified until they provide their asset statements.

The Commission stated that they are ineligible to participate in any elections until they comply.
