2 Drug Suppliers Arrested, Over 4kg Drugs Seized In Rawalpindi
RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) Police have arrested two alleged drug suppliers in separate operations and recovered more than 4 kilograms of drugs from their possession here on Sunday.
According to police spokesperson, Jatli Police held a drug supplier and recovered 2.4kg of hashish from his possession.
In a separate operation, Banni Police detained another alleged supplier and seized 1.4kg of hashish.
Police have registered separate cases against all of them and further investigation was in progress.
A police official said all possible measures were being taken to curb drug trafficking and eliminate the menace of narcotics from the city.
