The program is being supervised by DSP Traffic Khurram Shahzad and includes activities across the district.
Sub-Inspector Ali Raza, In-charge of the Traffic Education Unit, delivered lectures emphasizing the significance of adhering to traffic laws and adopting safe driving practices. Awareness walks were organized, and pamphlets containing information on traffic rules and road safety measures were distributed.
During the campaign, drivers were advised against overspeeding, maintaining lane discipline, and complying with all traffic regulations to minimize accident risks. Officials stressed that responsible driving and strict adherence to rules could substantially reduce road accidents and safeguard lives.
Dr. Naveed Atif, DPO, stated that practical measures are being taken to ensure safer journeys, alongside the ongoing campaign against traffic accidents. He encouraged citizens to follow traffic rules for their safety and appealed to parents to prevent underage children from driving.
