CPO Reviews Taxila Entry Points, Orders Foolproof Security Arrangements
WAH CANTT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Sep, 2026) Capital Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera on Monday inspected security arrangements at various entry and exit points of Taxila and directed police officers to ensure foolproof security and heightened vigilance amid prevailing security concerns.
He was accompanied by SSP Operations, SP Potohar, SP Headquarters, and other senior police officers during his visit to different areas of Taxila. The CPO reviewed the deployment of personnel and overall security arrangements at police pickets established at entry and exit points.
Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera directed the concerned officers to ensure effective checking and strictly monitor the movement of people and vehicles at all sensitive points. He stressed maintaining a high level of vigilance and taking all necessary measures to prevent any untoward incident. The CPO also directed senior officers accompanying him to personally supervise security arrangements and maintain close coordination with field personnel.
The inspection was part of intensified security measures in Taxila and surrounding areas to maintain law and order and ensure the safety of citizens.
