Fazal Park, Nishat Lake Restoration Work Accelerated

Work on the restoration and improvement project of Fazal Park and Nishat Lake has been accelerated under the public-friendly vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, with modern recreational facilities planned for citizens.
Project Highlights:
- Women’s Zone: Two acres of land at Fazal Park and Nishat Lake will be reserved exclusively for women.
- Upgraded Amenities: The facility will feature a playland, washrooms, walking track, boating area, canteen, and other modern conveniences.
Progress Review:
During a visit to Fazal Park and Nishat Lake, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hina Arshad reviewed the project’s progress and directed authorities to further accelerate work. She emphasized that the restoration would provide better recreational facilities and create a pleasant environment for families.
Additional Initiatives:
An urban forest project has been initiated at Fazal Park to enhance greenery and promote a healthier city environment.
