Governor Punjab Visits Family Of Martyred Soldier Malik Mubashir In Attock

ATTOCK, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan visited the residence of Malik Mubashir, who embraced martyrdom while bravely fighting terrorists in Noshki district of Balochistan, and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
The Governor met the martyr’s father, Malik Muhammad Safarash, family members, and relatives, paid tribute to Malik Mubashir’s supreme sacrifice for the country, and offered his heartfelt condolences, reported by APP correspondent.
Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, along with the martyr’s father and family members, offered special prayers for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks, forgiveness, and salvation. He prayed that Allah Almighty grant Malik Mubashir the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give the bereaved family patience and strength to bear the irreparable loss.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said Malik Mubashir laid down his life while courageously confronting terrorists in Noshki, and his sacrifice was a matter of pride for the entire nation. He stated that brave sons of the nation who sacrifice their lives for the country’s security, sovereignty, and peace are national heroes.
He noted that terrorism was a national challenge against which the personnel of the Pakistan Army, police, and other security institutions continued to render sacrifices. “The sacrifices of brave soldiers like Malik Mubashir have strengthened the foundations of peace and security in the country,” he added.
The Governor assured that the entire nation shared the grief of the martyr’s family and promised that the government and state would not leave the families of martyrs alone. He pledged to provide all possible support for their welfare and problem resolution.
Sardar Saleem Haider Khan assured Malik Muhammad Safarash that the Punjab government and relevant institutions would extend full cooperation to the martyr’s family. He directed the concerned authorities to provide every possible facility and assistance to the bereaved family.
The family members expressed their pride in Malik Mubashir’s sacrifice for the country, adding that he had brought honour to his family and area by laying down his life in the line of duty.
The Governor appreciated the courage and resilience of the martyr’s family, saying that the spirit and determination of families of martyrs were a source of inspiration for the entire nation. He noted that Pakistan’s history was illuminated by the sacrifices of brave sons who never hesitated to give their lives for the defence of the homeland.
Sardar Saleem Haider Khan once again prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks and patience for his family. He prayed that Allah Almighty accept the great sacrifice of Malik Mubashir and protect Pakistan from terrorism and all other challenges.
