Gujranwala Commissioner Suspends Daska Naib Tehsildar

Gujranwala Commissioner Muhammad Ali has issued orders for the suspension of Naib Tehsildar Daska Mahmood Javed Bagri on the recommendation of Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Awais Mushtaq.
According to details, the Naib Tehsildar Daska has been accused of violating a Civil Court judgment. He allegedly made entries of two sale deeds in contravention of the court's decision.
Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Awais Mushtaq had surrendered the Naib Tehsildar over the alleged violation of the court order. The Deputy Commissioner has also recommended departmental proceedings against the Naib Tehsildar under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act, 2006.
