HDA Approaches ACE To Conduct Corruption Inquiry Against Its Staff

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Sep, 2026) The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has approached the Sindh Anti Corruption Establishment to start a corruption investigation against one of its ministerial staff.
The HDA's spokesman informed here on Friday that a Naib Qasid working in the Housing Projects Construction Division was found involved in forging records and having unauthorized access to the concerned office. According to him, the employee was suspended from service on July 31 after which the authority initiated an inquiry against him.
He told that the inquiry unearthed that the staff was even accessing the office of Planning and Development Control wing of the HDA during the night time. The authority also requested the ACE to dig out if any other employees of the HDA or its wings were complicit with the accused.
