Ronnie O'Sullivan lost 6-3 to Chang Bingyu in the semi-finals of the Wuhan Open on Friday, stating that he "doesn't want to throw in the towel just yet."

The seven-time world champion, who has struggled with mental health issues, admitted to a "disease... coming back big time" during the match. He added, "I don't think I will ever get over it," but expressed his desire to continue playing until 2028.

O'Sullivan fought back against Mark Selby in the quarters on Thursday, but has been candid about his recent struggles.

After falling behind 2-0 against Chang, O'Sullivan battled back to level at 2-2, but ultimately lost control, with Chang securing his place in Saturday's final against Zhao Xintong.

"Every time I play against Ronnie, it's a pleasure," said Chang, praising O'Sullivan.
