Meeting Reviews Performance Indicators Of Service Delivery Framework
KOHAT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 21st Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz, on Friday chaired a meeting of district administration officers to review performance indicators of the District Service Delivery framework.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning, Assistant Commissioners, and concerned officials. During the meeting, officials presented detailed reports on their respective responsibilities and progress achieved in improving public service delivery.
Participants discussed measures to enhance facilities provided to citizens and evaluated ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency. The deputy commissioner emphasized the need for:
- Timely resolution of public grievances
- Further improvement in service delivery standards
- Effective execution of official duties
He directed officials to ensure transparency, responsiveness, and accountability in all administrative matters, underscoring that the welfare of people must remain the foremost priority.
