NCCIA Announces Recruitment For Over 350 Vacancies

The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), operating under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, has launched a nationwide recruitment drive to fill 351 vacant positions.
The initiative aims to bolster the agency’s capacity to combat digital threats, online financial fraud, and cyber offenses through enhanced operational and forensic capabilities.
According to officials, the vacancies include:
- 48 Sub-Inspectors (BS-14)
- 15 Technical Assistants (BS-14)
- 8 Stenotypists (BS-14)
- 6 Upper Division Clerks (BS-11)
- 36 Assistant Sub-Inspectors (BS-09)
- 174 Constables (BS-05)
- 64 Constable Drivers (BS-05)
Educational qualifications vary from Master’s/Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and Telecommunications to intermediate and secondary school certificates, depending on the specific post requirements.
The age bracket for all positions is 18-25 years, with a general five-year relaxation under federal government service rules. Uniformed roles will require mandatory physical endurance and measurement screenings, including a 1.6-kilometer run test, prior to computer-based testing and final evaluations.
Recruitment will be conducted under prescribed provincial, regional, gender, and minority quotas to ensure merit-based nationwide representation. Online applications are being accepted through the National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Service portal (www.npftas.pk) until September 7.
