Notorious Gang Leader Held During Police Encounter
LODHRAN, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) A notorious ring leader of Gadda Baloch gang wanted in more than 40 criminal cases was arrested in injured condition during a Crime Control Department (CCD) police encounter in Lodhran.
Arrest and Medical Treatment
According to sources, the suspect, identified as Saeed alias Gadda Baloch, engaged in an exchange of fire with CCD personnel during the encounter and was subsequently arrested in injured condition. Police then shifted him to hospital for medical treatment.
Criminal Cases
Sources revealed that the suspect was wanted in over 40 cases registered for various criminal activities. Further investigation against the accused was underway.
