Parkin Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Explore Parking and Smart Mobility Solutions in Egypt

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 19th Aug, 2026) Parkin Company PJSC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Modon Misr for Asset & Facility Management, Mwasalat Misr, and Redcon Properties to explore collaboration opportunities in developing parking management and smart mobility solutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt. This marks Parkin’s debut in the Egyptian market.
Under the MoU, the parties will consider joint initiatives and integration areas that align with their objectives, contributing to advanced parking management and mobility solutions. The agreement aims to unlock collaboration possibilities in Egypt by leveraging Parkin’s expertise in smart parking, public parking, and multi-storey car parks. Key focus areas include:
- Planning and development
- Parking policies
- Demand management strategies
- Technology-enabled mobility solutions
This partnership seeks to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and cater to present and future mobility needs.
Specific collaboration points encompass:
- Implementing Parkin’s smart parking solutions and technologies across Egyptian assets managed by the parties, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), AI-enabled parking cameras, barrierless parking solutions, digital permits, and parking management platforms.
