Police Constable Martyred In Firing Incident In Bannu
PESHAWAR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th Sep, 2026) A police constable, Ahmed Ullah, embraced martyrdom when unknown assailants opened fire on him at People’s Bazaar here on Tuesday.
According to police, the constable was targeted by unidentified motorcyclists who fled the scene after the attack. A heavy contingent of police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. The body was shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Police have launched an investigation and a search operation has been launched to arrest the culprits.
