Citizens are also cautioned against relying on advertisements, social media campaigns, or claims made by housing scheme sponsors without verification from the competent authority.

The RDA has sent letters to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi, Chairman IESCO, General Manager SNGPL, General Manager ptcl, District Collector, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding illegal advertisements of private housing schemes on social media.
