A domestic dispute between a woman and her husband and in-laws was resolved amicably through mediation at the Restorative Justice Cell of the Police Facilitation Center in Hyderabad.
The woman had approached the cell's in-charge, Kanwal Sattar Solangi, with a complaint against her husband and in-laws, seeking assistance in resolving the matter.
Taking immediate action, Solangi summoned both parties and heard their positions in detail. Following the hearing, efforts were made to resolve the dispute through dialogue, negotiation, and reconciliation.
During the proceedings, the husband assured his wife that he would fulfill his marital and domestic responsibilities responsibly in the future, respect her legitimate rights, and address household matters through mutual understanding and consultation.
Following the assurance and with the consent of both parties, the dispute was settled amicably.
