RPO Holds Open Court In Hassan Abdal, Orders Swift Redressal Of Public Complaints

Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Region Babar Sarfraz Alpa held an open court at the TMA Hall in Hassan Abdal under the Punjab government’s open-door policy, hearing complaints and applications from citizens and issuing on-the-spot directives for their resolution.

District Police Officer Attock, Captain (retd) Ali Bin Tariq, was also present. A large number of citizens from Attock district attended, presenting their complaints and applications related to various issues. RPO Alpa, listening attentively, directed the relevant officers to resolve these promptly and fairly, based on merit.

He instructed police officers to prioritize public complaints, ensure timely progress on applications, and maintain a transparent process. "Providing citizens with uninterrupted, impartial, and merit-based justice is a top priority for Punjab Police," said RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa.

He emphasized the importance of open courts in fostering direct communication between the public and police, addressing grievances, and ensuring swift resolutions.

Later, RPO Alpa visited City Police Station Hassan Abdal, inspecting various sections, including the front desk, lock-up, and record room. He reviewed administrative and investigation matters, citizen facilities, and police records, providing necessary instructions to officers.

"The real measure of police performance is the justice, protection, and facilitation provided to citizens," he stressed, urging dedication, integrity, and professionalism in all duties.
