Seerah Conference Calls For Youth Character Building
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Aug, 2026) Religious scholars and researchers on Wednesday urged the nation, particularly the youth, to learn and spread the message of Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to promote peace, morality, and responsible citizenship.
They expressed these views at a Seerah Conference held at the Convention Centre on the theme, “Protection, Development and Character Building of Youth in the Light of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)”, organized by the ministry of Religious Affairs at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif attended the conference as the chief guest.
The speakers highlighted the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) teachings on the protection, education, and moral development of young people, emphasizing that his life provides guidance for addressing contemporary youth challenges. They called for greater efforts to promote values like honesty, compassion, tolerance, responsibility, and respect among the younger generation through the teachings of Seerah.
Following the speeches of guests and speakers, prizes were distributed among winners of research papers and Seerat books in various categories. The winners were honored in recognition of their contributions to Seerah research and promotion.

Pir Chiragh-ud-Din concluded the conference with prayer for the prosperity and growth of the country and nation.
