Sharjah Ruler Forms Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work Board

SHARJAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 19th Aug, 2026) His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an administrative decision regarding the formation of the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work Board.
The decision stipulates:
- Establishment of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work, chaired by Mariam Majid Al Shamsi, with Fatima Mousa Abdulrahman Al Blooshi as Secretary-General.
- Membership includes Dr Musabah Saeed Belajid Al Ketbi, Dr Saeed Sultan bin Dalmook, Humaid Ali Al Abbar Al Shamsi, Sultan Mohammed Abdullah Al Khayal, Ahmed Khalfan Al Fandi Al Shamsi, and Maryam Saeed Obaid Al Muhairi.
Key provisions:
- The Board shall allocate administrative positions at its first meeting. It may also form committees to aid in its duties.
- Term: Membership lasts three years, renewable for one or more similar terms, starting from the date of formation. Expired terms can be extended.
