SSP Hears Citizens’ Complaints, Orders Prompt Redressal
Hyderabad, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Sep, 2026) – Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Hyderabad, Shahzaib Chachar, met various citizens at his office and listened to their issues and complaints regarding different matters.
The complainants apprised the SSP of their problems, following which he directed the concerned police officers to ensure their complaints were addressed promptly and on a priority basis in accordance with the law.
According to a Hyderabad police spokesperson, SSP Shahzaib Chachar instructed the officers to resolve genuine public grievances without delay and obtain reports on the action taken and progress from the relevant officers. He emphasized that the timely and lawful resolution of genuine public complaints is among the top priorities of the Hyderabad police. He directed police officers to perform their responsibilities effectively to provide immediate relief to citizens.
