Tim Westwood charged with two more sexual offences
By Emma Saunders, Culture reporter
Former BBC Radio 1 and Capital Xtra DJ Tim Westwood has been charged with two further sexual offences, the Metropolitan Police have confirmed.
The charges include:
- An alleged indecent assault against a teenage girl aged 16 to 17 in Hammersmith and Fulham in 1991.
- The alleged sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in Wandsworth in 2004.
These latest charges come in addition to those brought against Westwood in October 2025, which involve seven women and include four counts of rape.
Westwood has previously denied multiple sex offences, including rape and sexual assault, and pleaded not guilty to earlier charges last December.
