Additional District and Sessions Judge Khurram Shehzad sentenced two accused, Abdul Waheed and Ghulam Murtaza, to life imprisonment in a heroin recovery case registered at City Police Station Layyah. The court also imposed a fine of Rs1.5 million each on the two convicts.
The prosecution effectively pursued the case while Public Prosecutor Ghulam Mustafa presented arguments and produced solid evidence before the court. After hearing the arguments and examining the evidence, the court awarded life imprisonment to both accused.
