The UAE has developed an integrated ecosystem strengthening young people’s presence across sectors, providing an environment conducive to innovation and contributing to national development priorities. This belief underscores the notion that investing in youth is the most sustainable investment.

Al Neyadi emphasized during the BRICS Youth Ministers meeting in Visakhapatnam, India, that BRICS cooperation presents a significant opportunity for international partnerships, expertise exchange, and developing joint initiatives addressing young people’s aspirations.

He expressed the UAE’s ambition to collaborate with member states on translating these visions into tangible projects supporting youth, thereby fostering their role in tackling challenges and building a brighter future.

The UAE’s efforts extend across the Arab region through the Arab Youth Centre, which aims to:

  • Develop young people’s capabilities
  • Expand opportunities for them
  • Foster networks connecting Arab talent

The Centre implements regional programs in entrepreneurship, sustainability, technology and innovation, diplomacy, scientific research, and community development, encouraging youth to contribute meaningfully to their societies’ progress.

Bilateral meetings between Al Neyadi and Indian, South African, and Russian officials on the sidelines of his visit discussed:

  • Strengthening youth empowerment cooperation
  • Expertise and experience exchange in youth program development
  • Exploring new opportunities
