A UK ticket holder has won the £111 million EuroMillions jackpot, according to the National Lottery operator Allwyn.
One mystery player matched all five numbers (11, 12, 15, 38, 49) plus both Lucky Star numbers (10 and 12) to secure this life-changing sum.
"It's fantastic news for a UK EuroMillions player who has secured the life-changing sum," said Allwyn's senior winners' adviser, Andy Carter.
This is the third time a UK winner has claimed the jackpot this year, with previous wins totaling £181 million and £125 million. The record for the largest EuroMillions prize for a UK player is £195 million, won in 2022.
EuroMillions draws occur twice weekly across nine European countries, with Tuesday's jackpot estimated at £14 million.
