US Military Completes Latest Strikes Against Iran
US forces resumed strikes against Iran on Tuesday, US Central Command (Centcom) said. Centcom stated in a evening release that it had successfully carried out the latest barrage targeting Iranian military sites, including air defense locations, radar systems, and maritime assets.
The strikes were launched following "recent attempted attacks" by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) against commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and "American service members deployed to the region," according to Centcom.
