Discussions were held on bilateral cooperation between the two countries, labor mobility, and formal and legal procedures for the transfer of skilled manpower to Germany.
The Federal Minister emphasized access to skilled workers in the German market, citing successful models like South Korea and Italy as inspirations. He offered full support for providing quality and skilled manpower based on Germany’s needs.
Chargé d’Affaires Arno Kirchhoff expressed interest in skilled workers and proposed a Business-to-Business (B2B) model for collaboration, highlighting numerous employment opportunities in technical and semi-technical sectors. He assured cooperation from the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, Human Resource Development, and relevant chambers to facilitate access to the German market.
