Court Adjourns Hearing In Prohibited Funding Case
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 30, 2026) | A Banking Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of the foreign funding case against PTI founder and others after scrutiny of the challan was completed.
The hearing was presided over by Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar. During the previous hearing, Special Prosecutor Wasiq Malik appeared before the court and informed that scrutiny of the challan had been concluded. The court subsequently adjourned the case until October 28.
It may be noted that the FIA has registered a foreign funding case against the PTI founder and others.
