Farmers Invited to Apply for 10,000 Tractors Under Green Tractor Programme
LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Aug, 2026) Applications are being invited from farmers for the provision of 10,000 tractors of 50–65 horsepower under the Punjab Chief Minister’s Green Tractor Programme, with a subsidy of Rs 750,000 per tractor.
A spokesman for the Punjab Agriculture department said here on Thursday that farmers from computerized ‘Mauzas’ (Village) can apply through the programme portal gts.punjab.gov.pk or by visiting the official website www.agripunjab.gov.pk of Agriculture Department Punjab. Farmers from non-computerized ‘Mauzas’ can download the application form from the official website of the Punjab Agriculture department or get it free of cost from the offices of the Agriculture Extension department.
The completed application form, along with all required information, should be submitted to the office of the concerned Agriculture (Extension) Deputy Director by August 31, 2026.
