Friends Of Multan Group Cleans Sweeps In Corporate Sector In MCCI Elections
UrduPoint (16 September 2026, 10:00 PM) - MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News) - Friends of Multan made a clean sweep in the corporate sector of the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) elections, securing all 12 seats here on Wednesday.
The successful candidates were:

- Dr Muhammad Shafiq Khan Patafi
- Sheikh Imran Arshad

- Muhammad Bilal Ahmed Sheikh
- Khawaja Muhammad Umar
- Mehboob Elahi
- Muhammad Aslam.
As soon as the results for all 12 corporate-sector seats were announced, a wave of jubilation swept through the Friends of Multan supporters at the election venue. They celebrated with dancing and raising slogans in favour of their group and victorious candidates. The successful candidates also received flower garlands and congratulations from their supporters and colleagues.
Friends of Multan candidates and their supporters described the victory as a significant success in the chamber elections, stating that the business community had expressed its confidence by electing them to all corporate-sector seats.
On the contrary, none of the Founder Group candidates secured a seat, giving Friends of Multan a 12-0 lead in the 12 corporate-sector positions.
