Ghous Holds Open Courts in Sillanwali, Assures Prompt Resolution of Public Issues
SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) Chairman Zakat and Ushr Council Punjab and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA, Rana Munawar Ghous Khan, held open court at Chak No. 120-SB and the Municipal Committee Office, Sillanwali, where he listened to public complaints and promised their prompt resolution.
A large number of residents attended the sessions and shared issues related to civic amenities and personal grievances. Rana Munawar Ghous Khan issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned departments for addressing the complaints and reiterated his commitment to resolving public issues as a priority.
Speaking on the occasion, he stated that PML-N governments at both the federal and provincial levels are pursuing development projects aimed at public welfare and prosperity. He mentioned that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is initiating various measures for the people’s well-being, and multiple development schemes are underway across the province.
Rana Munawar Ghous Khan highlighted the restoration of the Sandal Express train service as a gift from the federal government to the people of Sargodha, Sillanwali, Jhang, and Multan. He also spoke about efforts to develop Sargodha district as a model district, with projects including road construction, hospital upgrades, the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Green Bus service, and sewerage and development works in Sillanwali tehsil.
These initiatives, according to him, reflect the government’s dedication to public service and socio-economic development.
