The meeting, chaired by Provincial Minister for Law, Human Rights, and Parliamentary Affairs, Aftab Alam, also addressed other pending court cases and legal matters involving the provincial government.

Financial Liabilities and Court Cases

Authorities provided insights into the legal position and proposed actions.

Land Acquisition and Court Orders

Additionally, the committee reviewed financial liabilities associated with land acquired for the Mardan Ring Road project, encompassing decretal amounts, court orders, and procedures for settling land acquisition claims.
