NCM and Tonga Meteorological Services Sign MoU for Enhanced Meteorology Cooperation
The UAE National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) and Tonga Meteorological Services (TMS), under the Ministry of Meteorology, Energy, Information, Disaster Management, Environment, Communications, and Climate Change, have recently forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Dr. Abdulla Ahmed Al Mandous, President of NCM, and Lord Fakafanua, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Tonga and Minister for Meteorology, Energy, and related sectors, signed the MoU. The ceremony was further enriched by a meeting between Dr. Al Mandous and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Tupouto'a 'Ulukalala of Tonga.
