Petrol and Diesel Prices Increase Marginally
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 20, 2026) The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs0.27 and Rs1.64 per litre, respectively, effective from August 21.
According to a notification from the Petroleum Division, the HSD price will rise from Rs363.06 to Rs364.70 per litre. The motor spirit (petrol) price will be revised from Rs337.51 to Rs337.78 per litre.
The Petroleum Division stated that OGRA adjusted the ex-depot prices under the revised petroleum pricing mechanism.
