SBC Notifies Results Of Hyderabad Bar Elections

HYDERABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 22nd Aug, 2026) – The Sindh Bar Council has notified the results of the August 20 elections for the District Bar Association Hyderabad, declaring advocate Shakir Nawaz Shar as President and advocate Abdul Razzaque Dars as General Secretary.
The results were officially announced on Saturday by SBC’s Secretary Pervez Ali Memon. According to him, the tenure of the newly elected body will commence from August 24.
As per the notification, advocate Muhammad Aamir Qureshi has been elected as Vice President, advocate Allah Rakhio (also known as Faraz Kandhro) as Joint Secretary, advocate Abid Hussain Chang as library Secretary, and advocate Pardeep Kumbar Soni as Treasurer.
The seven members of the Managing Committee (MMC) include advocates Mehwish Qureshi, Ghulam Sarwar Vako, Taimoor Arain, Nazish Anwar, Azfar Bilal Memon, Sajjad Ahmed Abbassi, and Mohsin Ali Mirza.
