Tharparkar Rally Pays Tribute To Terrorism Victims

On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar Abdul Halim Jagirani, a rally was organized from Government Boys High School Mithi to Kashmir Chowk on Friday to mark the International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism.
The rally was led by Additional Deputy Commissioner-I Tharparkar Hashim Masood, District Health Officer Tharparkar Dr. Lekhraj Sarangani, Deputy Director Social Welfare Kailash Panwar and Assistant Commissioner Mithi Umair Ashraf.
A large number of officials from government departments, teachers, students, civil society members, media representatives, representatives of non-governmental organizations and citizens participated.
At the conclusion, participants:
- Strongly condemned terrorism in the country.
- Paid tribute to the martyrs of the Pakistan Armed Forces and law-enforcement agencies who sacrificed their lives fighting terrorism.
- Appreciated the sacrifices and services of the Pakistani Armed Forces and law enforcement for defending, securing, and maintaining peace in the country.
They raised slogans like "Pakistan Zindabad" and "Pak Army Zindabad", expressing their commitment to national security. Participants also affirmed their support for the armed forces in safeguarding the country.
