Traffic Police Hold Women Bike Rally To Promote Helmet Awareness
Multan, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 22, 2026) City Traffic Police organized a women empowerment and helmet awareness bike rally on Bosan Road under Chief Minister Punjab’s "Mahfooz Punjab" vision. Led by Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Multan Muhammad Nabeel Khokhar, the event attracted numerous enthusiastic female motorcyclists.
Officers from the Traffic Education Unit, including DSP Mazhar-ul-Islam and Inspector Sohail Ahmed, educated participants about mandatory helmet usage and traffic laws while distributing safety brochures and protective helmets.
During the rally, CTO Khokhar presented a Good Citizen Certificate to Tooba Fatima, head of a local women bike riders’ organization, for her collaboration in promoting road safety initiatives.
Emphasizing safe travel facilities alongside women empowerment, the CTO urged all citizens to strictly adhere to traffic rules and wear safety helmets while riding two-wheelers.
