LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th Sep, 2026) Legendary West Indies fast bowler Michael Holding has stated that the treatment being meted out to former Pakistan captain Imran Khan is extremely ridiculous.
During an interview, 72-year-old Michael Holding expressed,
"I do not know whether jealousy has anything to do with this, but Imran Khan… I do not think there is any Pakistani more famous than Imran Khan anywhere in the world. The way this person is being treated is extremely ridiculous."
He further added,
"Humans are not treated this way. Even people convicted of murder are not treated like this. Therefore, I see no reason why this person should be treated this way."
Holding mentioned that he knows Imran Khan personally and is fully aware of his character. He found the current situation distressing.
