DC Murree Holds Public Hearing; Orders Immediate Resolution Of Civic Grievances
MURREE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi held a public hearing at his office to address civic grievances directly, issuing on-the-spot directives to concerned officers for the immediate resolution of complaints.
During the hearing, the DC listened to individual complaints regarding local administrative services, instructing departmental heads to eliminate official delays and resolve genuine public issues as a priority. Several administrative matters were settled on site.
Sherazi stated that the district administration remains committed to serving the public and facilitating timely redressal of grievances. He emphasized transparency, merit, and accessibility as core administrative priorities, reiterating that his office doors are open to all citizens.
