Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar Affirms Strong, Longstanding Pakistan-Mauritania Relationship
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 19th Aug, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Wednesday spoke with the Foreign Minister of Mauritania, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug and affirmed the strong and longstanding Pakistan-Mauritania relationship.
During the interaction, the deputy prime minister also expressed commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation in areas of shared interest, according to a DPM’s Office news release. They discussed bilateral and multilateral matters of mutual interest.
