Heavy Traffic Entry Banned In Hyderabad On 11th, 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal

Hyderabad will witness a complete ban on heavy traffic entry into its city limits on the 11th and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1448 Hijri, in view of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) celebrations.

Deputy Commissioner, Zain-ul-Abideen Memon, has issued an order to this effect. According to the order, heavy vehicles’ movement within city limits, especially during peak hours, poses significant road safety risks and traffic management challenges, including congestion and potential hazards.

The ban aims to ensure public safety, facilitate security arrangements, and maintain smooth traffic flow during the religious festivities.
