RPO Hazara Calls Professional Training Essential For Strengthening Police Force

ABBOTTABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 21st Aug, 2026) Regional Police Officer Hazara, Nasir Mahmood Satti, has stated that professional training courses are playing a crucial role in strengthening police officers’ capabilities and equipping them to tackle emerging security and crime challenges through modern investigation techniques, intelligence-based policing, and advanced technology.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 20th Advanced Course at the school of Intelligence Abbottabad, he urged officers to apply their acquired skills in practical policing and make the protection and service of the public their top priority.

RPO Satti emphasized that the evolving nature of crime demands police officers enhance their expertise in modern investigation methods, intelligence-based policing, information analysis, and effective technology utilization. He encouraged course participants to apply their newfound knowledge and skills in their day-to-day duties, believing that their improved capabilities will benefit both individual performance and overall police force efficiency.

The RPO highlighted the significance of timely intelligence collection, analysis, and communication to relevant authorities in crime prevention, effective action against criminal elements, and maintaining law and order. He directed officers to uphold professional responsibility, integrity, and dedication while prioritizing the protection of citizens’ lives and property and public service.

Satti noted that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, under the leadership of Inspector General of Police Zulfiqar Hameed, is conducting various professional and specialized training programs to enhance officer capabilities and prepare them for modern policing and security challenges. He congratulated the course participants on their successful completion and expressed confidence in their use of new skills to improve police performance, uphold force dignity, and contribute effectively to public protection and service.
