Shikarpur Police Review Security Arrangements for Rabi-ul-Awwal Processions
Shikarpur Police have reviewed security arrangements for the upcoming Rabi-ul-Awwal processions and religious activities. Led by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shikarpur, Mohammad Kaleem, a meeting was held with religious scholars from diverse schools of thought to ensure peaceful conduct during these observances.
According to a police spokesperson, the meeting discussed detailed security plans for all scheduled processions, Milad-un-Nabi gatherings, Naat programs, and other events. Maintaining law and order and preserving peace were among the key topics reviewed.
SSP Mohammad Kaleem engaged in extensive discussions with Ulema, seeking their cooperation to uphold harmony during these religious occasions. He assured them of Shikarpur Police’s comprehensive security measures to protect citizens’ lives and property throughout the district.
The SSP instructed ASP City Mohammad Asif, DSP Syed Shah Jahan Shah, and Sub-Inspector Mohammad Usman to offer full support to Ulema and ensure robust security for their events. The meeting concluded with a commitment from the police department to maintain peace, religious harmony, and public safety across Shikarpur during Rabi-ul-Awwal.
