The water level stood at 1,550 feet, matching the maximum conservation level, and above the minimum operating level of 1,402 feet.

The dam received an inflow of 258,700 cusecs, while the total outflow was 258,100 cusecs. This resulted in a live storage of 5.580 million acre-feet (MAF), indicating full capacity.

The outflow was distributed as follows:

  • Units 1-10: 57,200 cusecs
  • Units 11-14: 55,800 cusecs
  • Units 15-17: 42,000 cusecs
  • Auxiliary spillway: 103,100 cusecs
  • PHL Canal: 600 cusecs

This sustained maximum level comes despite high inflows, with inflow and outflow remaining in balance.
