Rana Sanaullah Assures Implementation Of SC Order On PTI Founder’s Treatment
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Aug, 2026) Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah on Thursday stated that the government would address the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) reservations and ensure implementation of the Supreme Court’s order concerning the health treatment of incarcerated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.
Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, he emphasized that the government was fully committed to adhering to judicial decisions. Regarding the PPP’s concerns, he added that the government would sit with their leadership to resolve any grievances.
"If the PPP is unhappy about anything, we will certainly engage with them," said Rana Sanaullah. "They have reservations about the elections in Azad Kashmir. We possess counter-arguments and evidence, which we will use to convince them, post which their concerns will be resolved."
The adviser reiterated the government’s respect for court decisions and its dedication to ensuring their enforcement.
