SVP WCCIS Gulzaib Waqas Awan Attends Pakistan’s First Economic Summit 2026

According to WCCIS, the summit was organised by the Federation of
Pakistan
Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and United Business Group (UBG), bringing together policymakers, business leaders, entrepreneurs and industry experts to deliberate on Pakistan’s economic future.
The participants discussed key economic challenges and explored opportunities for promoting sustainable economic growth, strengthening the business environment, and enhancing Pakistan’s economic potential.
WCCIS reaffirmed its resolve to strengthen women-led entrepreneurship and play an active role in Pakistan’s business and economic development through greater participation in economic initiatives and policy discussions. The participation of WCCIS at the national-level summit also reflected the growing role of women’s business organizations in contributing to discussions on Pakistan’s economic future.
